Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"Though I have been there many times I only get one thing. The New World Clay Pot is so scrumptious that I can't get myself to order something else. BUT I always bring different friends and all have commented on how good everything was, from the garlick black bean to the tamales. And always excellent service. Highly recommend you try!"
