Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"They have vegan donuts! The food bar is fantastic. Loved the garlic-white bean soup and vegan veggie soup. Rice bowls made to order are tres delish! They have a nice little eating area so you can dine with friends. And you can compost just about all the paper plates etc. This is my new fave place to eat out for lunch when I'm at work."
