Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"A few years ago my Mom took me here for dinner. I had the North African vegetarian stew over couscous and it was quite good. She enjoyed her omnivore meal too. I forgot about this nice place until today, when I wandered by, so I will go back and get a more current review and probably add a little more stars. I think vegan options have grown since then. One of most vegan-friendly places in Marin."
